The results are in! For the second year in a row, T-Mobile–your one and only Un-carrier scored the highest in business wireless satisfaction according to the most recent J.D. Power 2018 U.S. Business Wireless Satisfaction Study.
This yearly online survey measures the best national wireless provider in four categories: large enterprises, small/midsize and very small business. T-Mobile cleaned up in every category, ranking high with customers in performance, reliability, transparent billing and get this–real human interaction and customer care. One highlight from the survey was that customers liked the fact that we offer an assigned customer care agent for assistance instead of a general help operator or machine. Customers feel valued and heard, which increases the number of problems solved and happier customers.
